Return and Refund Policy

 

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

  1. Claims for refund can be made to Mila only for products purchased through this Website. Any such claim must be placed within 7 (seven) days from date of receipt of order placed on this Website. Claims must be sent to the email ID: connect@shopmila.in along with details of the last order, including order number, invoice number (if separate), date of purchase, name and address of purchaser and reason for returning the product(s).

 

  1. Refunds can be sought only for the last order placed with Mila. Mila may deduct a flat rate of Rs. 150/- towards processing and handling charges for issuing the refund.

 

  1. Mila reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims received and reserves the right to disqualify any End User for tampering with the process for claiming refunds. Any claim not complying with these terms and conditions shall be invalid. Valid claims, alone, shall be processed and refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days.

 

  1. Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email us at ‘connect@shopmila.in’ within 36 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain the order and other comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Specifically -

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly send us an image of the item.

 

  1. A pick-up of the defective product will be initiated from our end. On receiving back the product, our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our Customer Care team will email or contact you for the necessary processes. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

 

  1. If your order is eligible for a refund, you can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your account with us within 7 to 10 days from receiving back the product. However, if you'd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

 

  1. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

  1. Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on www.shopmila.in as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

 

  1. Size Change Issue

Please refer to the size guide and individual garment measurements on the product pages before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size or need any customisations, do write to us at connect@shopmila.in or message us on +919315432800.

 

  1. If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:

 

  1. Contact our Customer Care team to schedule a reverse pickup.
  2. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
  3. You can then use the credit note to place a new order with the alternate size
